Michael Crichton & his farewell

It is a sad departing of one of my loved authors, Michael Crichton. Was not even aware he was ill with a cancer and been fighting the illness. He was a MD from Harvard Medical College and a master story-teller. Liked him much along with Robin Cook & John Grisham and liked all of them for their offbeat Non-Fictions too.

Though his popular ones were Jurassic Park, Congo etc. I liked his “Five patients”, “Rising Sun” & “Disclosure” the most. Obviously he’s the best bet for me when i visit Eloor Library. Have to finish reading his Travels, and other ones he wrote under the pen name’s John Lange & Jeffrey Hudson.

May his soul rest in peace.

Status report ….

Reading this book (again) ……

A lovely narration and superb non-legal fiction from Grisham, hence reading it again.

Amazing meldoy by Naresh Iyer and Harris Jeyaraj.

Just finished reading ……

The Three Mistakes of My Life is a OK book, managed to read it in a few days time. In parts the book is good and in some parts its sagging & found it difficult to keep reading.
